Kay Brothers Wine Maker’s Dinner

Iceworks Paddington are welcoming wine maker, Collin Kay from Kay Brothers Winery to
share his journey in over 40 years of producing some of Australia’s finest wines. The Kay’s
are specialist traditional red wine makers, and for 3 generations have been utilizing the
grapes harvested from their own 22-hectare Amery Vineyard in McLaren Vale.
Guests will enjoy a 5 course degustation menu designed specifically to match the
complexity and sophistication of Kay Brothers wines that have been hand selected to serve
throughout the evening.
